Welcome to Askur Properties. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these policies.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

All bookings must be confirmed via email and are subject to availability.

An invoice will be sent 30 days before your scheduled arrival.

Full payment is required 25 days before check-in.

Guests must provide accurate information during the booking process, as any discrepancies may lead to cancellation without a refund.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to book accommodations.
-
Prices include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made at least 26 days before arrival will receive a full refund.
-
Cancellations after this period and no-shows will be charged in full.

Any additional services or extras requested will be billed at checkout unless agreed upon in advance.

If the property becomes inaccessible due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative booking date at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Neither Askur Properties nor Hosts are liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events such as force majeure, natural disasters or government restrictions.
GUEST POLICY

Only registered guests listed in the booking are allowed on the premises.
-
Third-party visitors are not permitted. But Guests are allowed on site 08:00 - 00:00
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: From 15:00 (entry after 23:00 requires a prior night booking).

Check-out: By 11:00.
-
Late departures may result in an extra night’s charge unless pre-approved.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS

The property may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the reservation.

This includes access to meals, drinks, and amenities.
HOUSE RULES

Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
-
No pets allowed.

Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly..

Alcohol can be pre-ordered through our team. Please inquire at the time of booking.

Outside food and snacks are not permitted in the property.
GUEST CONDUCT
-
All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner.
-
Any disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property, its facilities, or staff.
-
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near hot tubs, saunas, gym equipment, fireplaces, and on the extended grounds of the property.
PRIVATE CHEF & HOST SERVICES

If your stay includes a private chef, all dietary requirements must be provided at least 7 days before arrival.
-
The chef’s menu will be pre-set and confirmed before arrival. Late requests may not be accommodated.
-
Daily housekeeping is managed by our staff. Laundry services are available upon request for an additional fee.
PROPERTY FACILITIES

Guests may use all available facilities but do so at their own risk.
-
The company does not provide supervision or assistance for facility use unless requested.
-
Guests must follow all posted safety guidelines.
-
Only plastic glasses are permitted in hot tubs, and no food is allowed in or near the tubs.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST)

Baby cot: Complimentary for children under 5 years old.
-
Lunch boxes, welcome gifts, pre-stocked fridge, and bar service: Available at an extra cost.

Private guides, drivers, or itinerary planning: Available at an additional charge.
LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and that of their group while staying on the property.
-
Askur Properties is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.
-
If a property is sold, we will make every effort to secure alternative accommodations. If no suitable option is available, a full refund will be issued.
VIOLATION OF TERMS

Any breach of these policies may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

The company reserves the right to enter the property if necessary and request guests to vacate.
LEGAL & DISPUTES

These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Icelandic legal jurisdiction, of which will be settled in Icelandic court.
REPORTING ISSUES
-
Any concerns should be reported as soon as possible upon arrival so that we can resolve them promptly.
Askur Properties reserves the right to update these terms at their discretion.
